Entry Fee - $20/team..Please have one player from your team pay the $20 entry fee in the pro shop. Also, please let us know who will be playing for your team when you pay the $20 entry fee. We need this information so that we can assign each team a handicap. We will assume that a team is not participating if no entry fee is paid.
Teams with 5 players - Rotate one player out per hole. This player is welcome to play along, however his shots cannot be selected by the team.
Teams with 3 players - Rotate who takes the fourth shot tee to green. No fourth putt on the putting green though. Each player only gets one putt.
